Today was the 3rd annual Frosty Four race in Salem put on by the excellent Wicked Running Club! It was a great way to start the new year. I volunteered at the race by helping people know where to turn about a quarter mile from the finish. After the race was over and all cleared out, the Wicked Runners who also registered for the race ran the course as a group. It was a lot of fun and reminded why I love the club! So supportive and such a great group of people. We even formed two lines and cheered on runners as they came down Front street. Then, I went home and rested with my runny nose.
